Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

Your Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Operation Management (ordering, forecasting, demand planning, purchasing, following up and expediting with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery to customers, ensuring coordination with logistics and warehouse for timely deliveries)
• Provision of SAP invoices and customer documents as required by company, customers, including resolution of invoicing queries and issues, raising credit and debit notes.
• Provide timely feedback to customers regarding any requirements, including complaints
• Ensure smooth flow and proper handling of daily administrative and sales service work with instructions and procedures available within well-established guidelines and adhere to all corporate policies, guidelines and statutory requirements and carry out responsible supply chain management activities in compliance with the company’s policies and cooperate with internal and external audit
• Work closely with all relevant parties such as Sales, Finance & Accounting, Warehouse, QC, Customers, etc. to ensure all sales operations and activities are smoothing and to maintain good relationships in cross-function
• Inventory Management
• Run standard daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
• To support the activities of the SCM Manager through clerical and administration duties, assist with routine tasks as required and ensure efficient supply processes and excellent SCM.

Your Qualifications

• Degree holder
• 0-3 years experiences in Sales Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
