Job Purpose
The role supports Business Banking’s compliance and governance activities by ensuring alignment with applicable banking regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices. The position will also coordinate compliance reviews, regulatory initiatives, and updates to relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond effectively to Business Banking client needs, resolve queries and complaints, and ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the oversight and implementation of the compliance framework within Business Banking.
- Coordinate compliance reviews, risk assessments, audits, regulatory initiatives, and remediation projects.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing governance and compliance support to frontline teams, including monitoring and analyzing customer profiles.
- Ensure adherence to legal, corporate, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
- Respond effectively to Business Banking client needs, resolve queries and complaints, and ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and control of documents and secured items to prevent loss or misuse.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE banking sector.
- Good knowledge of banking products, operations, compliance, and governance requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Project Management, or a related field.
