Key Skills & Responsibilities

1. • Proficient in operating grinding machines (surface, cylindrical, centerless, etc.)
   • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
   • Knowledge of grinding wheel types, abrasives, and dressing techniques
   • Ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials
   • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
   • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and PPE usage
   • Experience with handling hazardous materials or environments
