Job Summary:
Al Marwan Group is seeking a proactive HSE Officer to ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role involves implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across sites
- Conduct daily inspections and identify potential hazards
- Ensure compliance with U.A.E regulations and safety standards
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
- Support risk assessments and method statements
- Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification
- 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction projects
- NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.A.E HSE regulations
- Good communication and reporting skills
