About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilledClark – Retail Buyer to join our Retail team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Prepare, issue and track purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of merchandise across all store locations.
• Assist in maintaining vendor relationships, follow up on order status, delivery schedules and resolve any shipment discrepancies. Support the vendor registration and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate buying records, update product databases, and generate sales and inventory reports using Excel and retail systems. Assist in preparing buying presentations and category reviews.
• Help build and maintain planograms, fixture maps and product placement guides for each retail outlet. Support visual merchandising updates as seasons and collections change.
• Assist in pricing activities, ensuring all merchandise is accurately tagged per Wynn standards. Help coordinate price changes and promotional markdowns.
• Manage sample tracking, coordinate buying calendars, schedule supplier meetings and maintain organized filing of contracts and compliance documents.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Retail, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a buying, merchandising or procurement role (retail or hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and cross-team collaboration
• Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of and willingness to adapt to AI tools and emerging retail technologies to improve productivity, reporting and buying processes
• Knowledge of the UAE retail market is a plus
