Salesforce Administrator

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security and access management, reports, dashboards, data management, and user support .
• Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow for process automation.
• Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing/security settings.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards .
• Experience with Salesforce data import, export, cleansing, and data quality management.
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support capabilities.
• Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform administration.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
• Real Estate/Property Management domain experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Experience with custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation.
• Experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data management tools, including Data Import Wizard and Data Loader.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, access management, and data governance.
• Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide effective user support.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred

Preferred:

• Experience in the Real Estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
• Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, APIs, or Salesforce development concepts.
• Experience working in an Agile or project-based environment.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and related Salesforce capabilities.
• Exposure to CRM processes such as lead management, opportunity management, customer management, and reporting.
