Meraki Group is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager who leads accounting operations, manages a small team, and handles internal controls.
Leadership & Corporate Reporting
- Team Management: Directs and guides a team of 3 accountants.
- Corporate Communication: Reports financial updates directly to corporate headquarters.
Financial Operations & Planning
- MIS Preparation: Builds Management Information Systems reports to track business performance.
- Cash Flow & Funding: Plans cash flow and manages daily funding needs.
- Collections: Tracks receivables and follows up for timely payments.
Controls & Business Support
- Audit Management: Handles internal and external audits.
- Inventory Checks: Performs internal checks on stores and stock.
- Team Support: Assists both the production and commercial departments with daily financial needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing a team of 3-4
- 5-6 years of relevant experience
- ACCA, CA or CA inter preferred
- Currently holding the title of Assistant Manager or equivalent
