Graduate Civil Engineer (UAE National)

Stantec is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UAE National Civil Engineer to join our team a building project. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic and impactful field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on site
• Support the Site Engineer and Project Manager in monitoring progress and quality
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, material records, and progress updates
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations
• Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing engineering solutions
• Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced site environment

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools

• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards is a plus

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

• UAE National with Family Book.
