About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan is currently seeking a F&B Outlet Manager to join the resort’s Wynn Oasis Dining - Service team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Guarantee for high‐quality meals, efficient service, and a welcoming environment that reflects Wynn’s hospitality standards.
- Identify and proactively address staff dining preferences, offering thoughtful solutions that enhance satisfaction and well‑being.
- Respond promptly to employee concerns, ensuring resolutions align with Wynn’s service philosophy and operational standards.
- Maintain open, respectful, and multicultural communication with staff, management, and contractors to foster harmony.
- Supervise dining outlets supervisors, waiters, F&B Attendant, and support staff; monitor appearance, behavior, and adherence to Wynn’s grooming and etiquette standards.
- Conduct daily pre‑shift briefings, organize training sessions, and collaborate with F&B trainers to maintain service excellence.
- Plan and supervise food presentation, cleanliness, inventory control, and team deployment across multiple dining concepts (buffet, casual dining, coffee shops, themed outlets).
- Support new menu launches, seasonal offerings, and dining promotions in collaboration with culinary leadership.
- Manage departmental budgets, labor scheduling, and cost controls; prepare forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to Wynn policies, UAE health regulations, HACCP standards, and food hygiene protocols.
- Conduct regular audits of dining areas and kitchens to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Lead incident response and resolution professionally and promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Foster positive relationships among dining team members, encouraging collaboration, respect, and team spirit.
- Champion in a safe, inclusive, and appreciative environment where employees feel respected, empowered, and engaged.
- Serve as the primary link between the staff dining team and senior leadership in Staff Accommodation and Food & Beverage.
- Manage catering and banquet services for recreational spaces, training facilities, and staff development centers, ensuring consistency with Wynn’s service standards.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in dining operations, preferably in staff accommodation or hospitality settings.
- Prior experience in staff accommodation, corporate dining, or hospitality settings is highly valued.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse, multicultural teams in high‑volume environments.
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and conducting structured training programs to maintain service excellence.
- Familiarity with HACCP, food safety regulations, and workplace health standards.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- Understanding dining service procedures, buffet and à la carte setups, and staff meal planning.
- Comfortable using POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Skilled in resolving operational challenges and conflicts constructively while maintaining service excellence.
