IT/OT Product Owner

The impact you will create:

• You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of your IT/OT products – from the initial vision through development to productive operation.
• You develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap internally within the team as well as to all relevant stakeholders.
• You manage the product backlog and set priorities based on stakeholder input, supported by the Engineering Lead.
• You act as the central interface between Business, IT, and OT.
• You actively manage stakeholders through proactive and clear communication.
• You define acceptance criteria and approve completed features.
• You actively monitor new technologies on the market and derive future product ideas from them.
• You ensure the sustainable added value of your products.

Experience and skills you will need:

• You have a completed technical degree or comparable education in the field of Business Informatics / IT Product Management.
• You bring several years of experience in agile product development and ideally hold relevant certifications (PSPO/CSPO).
• You have knowledge of industrial automation systems (SPS, SCADA, HMI) and their communication protocols (OPC UA, Profinet).
• Using agile management tools such as Jira and Confluence is routine for you.
• You excel at communicating complex technical concepts from the OT world at a business level.
• You are able to set clear priorities, make decisions, and analyze ROI.
• You develop long-term product strategies and inspire both stakeholders and the team with this vision.
• You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken.
