Brand & Product Operations, Sample Admin Coordinator
Reporting to the Sample Manager, the Sample Admin Coordinator is responsible for the movement and management of all Development samples & General Marketing samples to support the Product Creation & Brand teams for all ALDO Group brands & divisions.
Key Responsibilities
DC Operations: all brands & divisions
Receive, process & distribute all inbound samples to the appropriate dept-team
Maintain the organization of all samples in storage in the DC
Manage the disposal of sample half pairs, while optimizing full pairs for future sample sales
Support the organization of outbound samples for brand activities
Development samples: Aldo & Call It Spring brands
Support peak period movements: showroom set-up for Filtering & Buying activities
Support quarterly sell-in periods with category photography: 360 and enhanced
Marketing samples: Aldo & Call It Spring brands
Support the coordination of all General sample ordering periods: Order Forms & PLM data entry
Support the management of all Vendor communications (order share-out & delivery tracking)
Support a regular cadence of General sample delivery follow-up reporting
Liaise with Product Development & Brand teams upon sample arrival for sample validation steps
Production samples: Aldo, Call It Spring brands & APS brands
Support in-season Merchandise activities by processing & distributing TOP samples
Support Ecomm photography by tracking Confirmation sample arrival, validation & processing
Job Requirements
Available to work full-time on-campus from 8-4pm
Proactive, organized and energetic personality
Physically fit and able to manipulate sample cartons
Team player and can take direction to complete tasks independently
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
Warehouse experience is considered an asset
Retail experience or interest in fashion is considered an asset
