Project Manager - SAP

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their global PMO and lead large-scale SAP and business transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering strategic transformation programs that modernize business processes, enterprise applications, and technology platforms across a global manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide SAP modernization initiatives, including ERP transformation, cloud adoption, process optimization, and digital enablement.

The role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to lead some of the organization's most complex and high-impact technology programs.

What You'll Be Doing

-Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP and business transformation programs.

-Manage complex enterprise projects involving ERP modernization, process transformation, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.

-Build and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.

-Lead program governance and executive steering committees.

-Partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to align project outcomes with strategic objectives.

-Coordinate global teams, vendors, system integrators, and external partners.

-Drive organizational change and business adoption activities.

-Ensure successful execution of programs across multiple business functions and geographies.

-Provide regular reporting and recommendations to executive leadership.

What a Strong Candidate Looks Like

Must Have

-12+ years of IT Project Management experience.

-Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

-Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Experience presenting to Directors, VPs, Steering Committees, and leadership teams.

-Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and complex project portfolios.

-Experience managing external vendors and large system integrators.

-Strong attention to detail and project governance capabilities.

-Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or similar industry experience.

-Demonstrated ability to lead business and technology transformation initiatives.

-Strong career stability and long-term tenure.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned transformation leader who has successfully delivered large-scale ERP and business transformation programs within manufacturing or CPG environments.

Candidates with SAP S/4HANA migration experience, global deployment experience, and a proven track record leading executive stakeholders through complex organizational change will be especially attractive.

The ability to combine strong project governance, executive communication, and business transformation leadership is critical to success in this role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $106870.00 - $140270.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
