Endpoint Support Engineer

The endpoint support engineer will communicate and work with global team and local markets, provide support to 20 NASAPMENA entities for endpoint related projects and issues. This role need work closely with local IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of IT enterprise service. Responsibilities • Provides a full range of comprehensive technical support for endpoint-related technologies. • Provides technical supports in the areas such as: Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, PowerBI, Bomgar, Active Directory, ABM, WFBS, DaaS and Tanium. • Address and resolve SNOW tickets promptly and proactively. • Actively participate in incident analysis by examining logs and working with senior engineers to resolve issues. • Prepares written documentation and knowledge database as required. • Responsible for managing retail POS devices and mobile devices. • Participates in global and zone projects, plans and makes recommendations for improvement. Skills and Abilities • Solid working experience in IT endpoint field, fluent English in both oral and written with good communication skills. • In-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, components, and features such as software deployment, patch management, and OSD (Operating System Deployment),monitor SCCM agent health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system reliability and performance. • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, proficient in utilizing Intune for computer management and knowledgeable about its core functionalities. • PowerShell scripting skill is advantageous. • Familiar with major MDM platforms las well as DaaS platforms. • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams. • Tanium experience will be a plus. • Fluent oral and written English.
