Responsibilities

【Position Summary】 We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and compliance-driven Head of U.S. Operations to lead our U.S. subsidiary. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day U.S. business operations, lead cross-functional local teams (including data governance, analytics, operations, sales, and customer support), and ensure all local business activities strictly comply with U.S. federal and state regulations, particularly regarding user privacy and data protection. 【Key Responsibilities】

  1. U.S. Data Privacy & Compliance Governance
  • Own and oversee local data compliance, privacy governance, and protection standards for all U.S. business operations.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor internal policies and operational workflows governing secure user data access, usage, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure all local operations strictly adhere to U.S. privacy regulations (such as CCPA/CPRA). Note: All U.S. user data governance and compliance decisions are independently managed and executed by the U.S. local team.
  • Proactively lead regular risk assessments, compliance audits, and remediation initiatives.
  1. Local Team Leadership & Management
  • Provide inspiring leadership and daily operational management for the U.S. local team, spanning data analytics, privacy governance, administration, sales, and customer service.
  • Drive talent acquisition, headcount planning, performance management, professional development, and cross-functional resource allocation to maximize execution and collaboration efficiency.
  1. Local Business Operations Management
  • Direct, coordinate, and scale U.S. local business operations to achieve strategic corporate milestones, including:
  • E-Commerce Operations: Oversee local operational coordination, ensure compliant data access, and provide robust operational support for local e-commerce initiatives.
  • Channel Sales: Drive local sales channel expansion, cultivate key strategic account relationships, and coordinate internal/external resources to accelerate business growth and deal closures.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Lead comprehensive pre-sales, mid-sales, and post-sales customer support strategies. Continuously optimize service workflows and operational efficiency to elevate customer satisfaction and retention. 【Work Authorization】 We welcome all applicants legally authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, Data Privacy, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional leadership experience in U.S. Operations management will be fully considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  2. Extensive executive leadership experience (typically 7+ years) managing U.S. business operations, cross-functional teams, and tech-driven subsidiaries.
  3. Proven expertise in U.S. data privacy frameworks, regulatory compliance (CCPA/GDPR), and risk management.
  4. Demonstrated success in scaling e-commerce operations, channel sales, and customer success organizations in the U.S. Market.
  5. Skills: Exceptional strategic planning, cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
