With our 18-month Buying & Merchandising Trainee Program, we are looking for people who share our passion for product, streetwear and retail – and want to build their career with us.

Over 18 months, you will get to know our Buying & Merchandising business from different perspectives. You will rotate through Footwear, Fashion, Buying & Merchandising and Digital, work directly with our teams and learn how we build and manage our assortments.

Buying & Merchandising Trainee (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Explore different areas: Rotate through Footwear, Fashion, Buying & Merchandising and Digital to gain a broad understanding of our commercial business.
• Support assortment building: Learn how we select products, build assortments and place orders based on trends, consumer needs and commercial data.
• Understand planning & allocation: Get hands-on experience with budgets, sales, margin, inventory, allocation and product flow.
• Analyze business performance: Work with sales and stock data to understand product performance and support in-season trading decisions.
• Discover our markets & channels: Learn how products perform across different stores, markets and digital channels.
• Work with our brands: Gain insights into how we collaborate with brand partners and manage products throughout the commercial journey.
• Own a project: During your specialization, take responsibility for a real business project and contribute your own ideas and solutions.

Our Requirements

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree, or have gained relevant experience in retail, fashion, logistics or a related field.
• You have a genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear, fashion and the culture around them.
• You are curious about products, trends and consumers and want to understand what drives commercial success.
• You enjoy working with numbers, data and Excel and have a structured and analytical approach.
• You take ownership, work independently and are comfortable taking responsibility for your tasks and projects.
• You enjoy working with different people and teams and communicate confidently in German and English.
• You bring curiosity, commercial thinking and a strong willingness to learn and want to build your career in Buying & Merchandising.
