Digital Transformation Engineer

iKnowHow Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for a Digital Transformation Engineer to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automation and reporting tasks (PowerShell, MS Graph, Power Platform, Active Directory, Entra ID).

• Support and administer Microsoft Cloud services (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Fabric, Foundry, Azure).

• Participate in cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Microsoft certifications – at least one of AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, PL-400, GH-100, GH-200.

• Good understanding of networking, security, storage, and backup technologies.

• At least 2 years of experience in relevant roles.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows and Linux containerization and virtualization.

• Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, Dynatrace.

• Experience working with IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) for incident and change management processes.
