What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Temporary QA, SME, Supervisor, or Team Lead is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate, guide, and support team members.
- Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to monitor and support team performance and KPIs.
