About the Job
Are you someone who likes to make things happen? We are looking for a results-driven, self-starter Senior Architect to lead and manage interior architecture and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The core responsibilities include overseeing design development, providing technical guidance, ensuring full compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations, efficiently managing project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with and managing relationships with clients, both external and internal, with other professionals, and with other stakeholders.

As Senior Architect, You Will…
• Develop test fits for new builds.
• Craft creative conceptual designs.
• Prepare presentation materials to convey design intent and present them to clients.
• Create innovative, practical, functional, and brand-specific designs.
• Be knowledgeable in defining the scope of work (SOW) to guide the bidding process.
• For renovations, be able to hand over the SOW to the facilities team and work together in validating vendor SOWs.
• For new builds, help principals review contractor SOWs.
• Possess strong math and analytical skills.
• Check work progress against the project schedule.
• Check construction implementation against design plans.
• Check budgets, billing, and variation orders.
• Perform other project administrative duties as required.

As Senior Architect, You Need…
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a valid professional license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior architecture and fit-out projects.
• Experience within the BPO industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in design and graphic communication tools, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering software, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and AI tools.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office.
• Solid understanding of Interior Architecture Codes.
• Demonstrated ability in Project Management, from design conception through to implementation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Highly organized with strong planning and multi-tasking abilities.
• Creative and customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
• Commitment to integrity and responsibility.
