Medical Services Head, Network Management

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Medical Services Head, Network Management.

In this role you will:

• Network strategy & performance: Set and deliver network strategy, annual plans, KPIs and performance reviews; optimize coverage, capability, quality, and access.
• Commercial & contracting: Lead provider contracting, pricing/fee schedule negotiations, renewals, and performance tracking to achieve sustainable cost and service outcomes.
• Governance & risk control: Establish operating procedures and controls for provider fee management, pricing changes, exceptions, and provider performance/issue management.
• Operational change & systems: Sponsor process and system improvements (provider onboarding, panel management, fee updates, data quality, reporting) and lead transition/change initiatives.
• Partnership & stakeholders: Manage senior relationships with internal stakeholders and key providers; run engagement activities (reviews/forums) to strengthen partnerships.
• Wellness programme delivery: Deliver employee wellness initiatives (e.g., vaccinations, screenings, health education) through provider partnerships.
• Team leadership: Coach and develop team members; set clear priorities and accountability for outcomes.

To be successful you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant medical provider network experience in medical insurance / health benefits.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to drive decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at all levels, internally and with providers.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, strong ownership, able to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
