The Job
- Support the Project Management Team in planning, design coordination and delivery of development projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design and site issues.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, drawings registers and presentation materials.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Assist in implementing new technologies (e.g. BIM, digitalisation) and technical research for project improvement.
The Person
- Higher Diploma or above in Architecture, Building Studies, Construction, Project Management or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years’ relevant experience are welcome.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction methods.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and MS Office with knowledge of digital tools is an advantage.
