职位描述

1. Align closely with business strategies and Hong Kong market dynamics to formulate talent planning, manpower reserve and recruitment strategies.
2. Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including demand confirmation, talent profiling, sourcing, screening, interview assessment, salary grading, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up.
3. Build continuous industry and talent insights, conduct talent mapping and market research. Collaborate with business teams to align hiring expectations, prioritize openings and resolve recruitment challenges.
4. Iterate and optimize recruitment processes, standards and selection methodologies to improve overall hiring efficiency and delivery quality.
5. Coordinate internal and external resources to solve recruitment difficulties and ensure delivery of hiring targets.
6. Analyze team talent structure and future manpower needs, identify talent gaps and retention risks, and build a sustainable high-quality talent pipeline.

职位要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with strong integrity and professionalism.
2. Proficient in both English and Chinese for daily work.
3. Quick learner with strong execution ability, capable of summarizing and applying effective problem-solving methods rapidly.
4. Prior recruitment experience across at least two job families (sales, marketing, function, tech) is preferred.
5. Headhunting / executive search background is a strong plus.
