We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and drive implementation and adoption of pricing and billing tools and processes (including WPP, GRMB and current toolings, systems).

  • Lead the Pricing & Billing risk, control and governance framework, ensuring policies and procedures are clear and consistently applied.

  • Partner with senior management, risk stewards and the Chief Controls Officer (CCO) to maintain strong oversight and governance discipline.

  • Support Hong Kong BAU for the negotiated pricing journey, including audit remediation for customer pricing review and communications, partnering with Sales Management and relevant Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams.

  • Act as the regional Pricing & Billing SME, Lead and drive strategic pricing initiatives, including pricing support, discount controls, price point reviews, and design and execution of sales enablement pricing initiatives; supporting proposition design, solutioning, customer queries and issue resolution.

  • Deliver tactical and strategic initiatives on time and within budget, working closely with Technology, Operations, Transformation and business stakeholders.

  • Support the 18 ASP sites by sharing best practices and delivering training.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of Global Payments Solutions and HSBC’s global business construct.
  • Track record of innovation and delivering high-impact outcomes in business development, strategy and cross-functional execution.
  • Hands-on experience with risk management controls, frameworks and internal performance/tooling environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across geographies.
  • Strong commercial mindset—balancing client needs, revenue outcomes, operational feasibility and control requirements. Excellent critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable operating at pace on high-priority deliverables; resilient under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
