The job holder will coordinate and support the centralised functions of Strategic Planning, Operations & Reporting. He / she will mainly provide assistance in the areas of compliance, risk management, process review, due diligence, audit coordination, and other compliance exercises.
主要職責
- To work on new initiatives, developments, and enhancements within Charities to ensure adequate governance and controls while improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- To ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures for Charities and TIPs projects.
- To identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with Charities and TIPs projects.
- To perform data research and analysis on project partners, suppliers, and beneficiaries for process review or due diligence purpose.
- To coordinate internal audits and other compliance exercises and ensure compliance.
- To support any other work as assigned by supervisors.
經歷
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in compliance / accounting / audit
Experience in NGOs, Government, or public and social service sectors would be an advantage
