Prepare financial statements, financial budget, financial forecast and related financial analysis in accordance with internal guidelines and polices
Conduct treasury management, including bank account opening and maintenance, cash management, ect.
Manage banking relationships and associated matters
Post-investment management of company’s proprietary investment that related to finance team’s responsibility
Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and supporting information.
Financial analysis and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of solid accounting/financial work experiences in finance / banking or non-banking field with sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
CPA,CFA holder are preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position
