Investment Manager (Alternative Investment & Advisory)

Responsibilities:
- Perform due diligence on alternative funds and prepare recommendations
- Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential co-invest direct lending opportunities, including cash flow modeling, valuation analysis, review legal terms and assessment of financial and operational performance.
- Conduct industry and market research to support investment decisions and identify emerging trends that could impact the portfolio.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments, including analysis of quarterly financial statements, and ongoing communication with private fund managers.
- Work closely with other team members to share market insights, investment ideas, and best practices. Contribute to the overall success of the platform through proactive engagement and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. CFA or CAIA preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in fund of funds, alternative investment, asset management firm, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
