What You'll Be Doing:

Provide medical affairs support, including but not limited to pharmacovigilance management, clinical trial coordination, leading national medical affairs activities (including promotional material review and approval system, MIE management, medical input for promotional campaigns, etc.), leading medical evaluation for business development, and continuously supporting the strategic medical affairs agenda in countries in APAC.

Your skills and experience

Education:

β€’ Medical degree (MD or equivalent); experience in interacting with NMPA/CDE is a plus.

β€’ Specialization or clinical experience in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Aesthetic Medicine is strongly preferred.

β€’ Candidates with a strong scientific and clinical background in skin health, dermatology, regenerative aesthetics, or medical aesthetics will be highly regarded.

Essential:

πŸ”Ή Medical degree (MD or equivalent);

πŸ”Ή Fluent in English (written & spoken)

πŸ”ΉExperience supporting injectable aesthetics, biostimulators, dermal fillers, energy-based devices, or other aesthetic medical devices is highly desirable.

πŸ”Ή Strong problem solving and root cause analysis capability

πŸ”Ή Experience managing or overseeing a company pharmacovigilance function.

Desirable:

πŸ”Ή Experience in interacting with NMPA/CDE

πŸ”ΉSpecialization or clinical experience in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Aesthetic Medicine

πŸ”Ή Outstanding cross functional influencing, facilitation and conflict resolution skills; able to drive alignment without direct authority.

πŸ”Ή Ability to operate in fast paced, multi-cultural global environment, manage multiple competing priorities.
