Job Description & Responsibilities
Interactive Brokers Hong Kong Limited seeks a hardworking, detail-oriented professional who is a quick learner, careful and a problem solver. The ideal person will be able to work well in a team environment. This position requires excellent coordination and strong written skills. The New Accounts Documentation & KYC Specialist's key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Validate and screen documents received from clients for opening accounts
• Follow-up with clients in case of any pending documents
• Registered mail delivery support
• Assist with the account opening processing
• General administrative support
Qualification & Skills
• Able to perform accurate work in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
• Fluency in English. Additional foreign languages are a plus
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and a good problem solver
• Proficiency in basic PC applications
• Good understanding of Chinese pinyin is a plus
