Make an impact

• Lead cross-functional hardware and mechanical design development projects, ensuring end-to-end ownership from project initiation to successful delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize development requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved while maintaining high quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective collaboration among engineering, product management, quality, and other stakeholders.
• Apply project management best practices and Stage-Gate processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
• Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and management regarding project progress, key decisions, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and governance.

What you need to succeed

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Leader, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in hardware development and mechanical design projects.
• Strong understanding of complex technical systems and engineering processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Azure DevOps are an advantage.
