Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

You will drive SAP Finance workstreams within S/4HANA transformation programs across Central Europe as a senior, hands-on expert. This is not a support role — you will own delivery for FI scope and work directly with client finance stakeholders.

Typical projects:

• S/4HANA implementations (greenfield and system conversions)
• Regional rollouts across multiple countries
• Finance process transformation (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
• Integration with Controlling and adjacent modules

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of solid SAP Finance experience (FI modules: GL, AP, AR, AA)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or similar
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation
• Hands-on configuration experience (not just functional design)
• Strong client-facing skills
• Excellent English communication skills

Strong Advantage

• S/4HANA project experience
• Exposure to multi-country rollouts
• Integration knowledge with CO or logistics modules

We are not expecting perfection across all modules — depth in FI matters more than breadth.

How You'll Work

• Hybrid setup (flexibility depending on project phase)
• Travel mainly within Europe, project-dependent
• Typically focused on one core project at a time (no excessive parallel workload)
