We are looking for you if you:

  • Hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Are a native Hungarian speaker with business-fluent English skills. At Deloitte, English is not just a requirement on paper; you'll use it every day while collaborating with international clients and colleagues.
  • Have a strong command of Excel and are open to leveraging technology-driven solutions.
  • Possess an analytical mindset and enjoy solving complex business challenges.
  • Have experience using AI tools in a professional environment.

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Transfer Pricing or Tax Advisory.
  • Are familiar with TP Catalyst, Bloomberg, or LoanConnector databases.

Your future role

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Develop pricing solutions in line with international transfer pricing guidelines and Hungarian regulations, while deepening your understanding of global business and financial processes.
  • Review intercompany transactions, identify transfer pricing risks, and help design efficient pricing structures, gaining valuable insight into how multinational organizations operate.
  • Participate in client meetings and discussions, working closely with clients to support their business objectives and address complex transfer pricing matters.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) applications and support the process from planning through implementation.
  • Assist multinational clients during tax audits and transfer pricing reviews, helping them navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.

Selection process

2. Initial screening
The selection process typically begins with an initial screening stage, which may include an online assessment, a short phone conversation, or an HR interview, depending on the position. This stage helps us better understand your professional experience, motivation, and career aspirations.

3. Professional interviews
Candidates who successfully complete the screening stage will be invited to one or two rounds of professional interviews. These interviews typically last 45-60 minutes and may be conducted either in person or online. Depending on the role, the process may also include a practical exercise, case study, or presentation on a predefined topic. If any preparation is required, detailed instructions will be shared in advance.
