Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Data Analyst to support the Xerox Contract Lifecycle Management solution and Framework Agreement reporting. In this role, you will design and maintain impactful reporting solutions, transform complex data into actionable business insights, and help drive operational excellence through analytics and automation. Working closely with business leaders, customers, and technical teams, you will ensure accurate reporting, improve data quality, optimize processes, and support informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business systems and sources.
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and analytics initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Support reporting governance, data quality initiatives, incident resolution, and service delivery activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting standards, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting platforms, databases, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 level).
  • Experience working with stakeholder-facing or customer-facing reporting environments.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, and reporting automation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, database management, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
  • Experience creating insightful dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power Automate, ITIL environments, or programming languages such as Python and JavaScript is an advantage.
