As a Senior Flavorist, you’ll bring creativity, science, and consumer understanding together to create flavor solutions that delight customers and consumers. You’ll play a key role in developing winning taste experiences, partnering closely with commercial, application, sensory, and innovation teams to support growth across the food and beverage market in Indonesia and the wider region.

Your key responsibilities

• You'll create and optimize flavor formulations across multiple food categories, balancing taste performance, cost, stability, and regulatory requirements
• You'll partner with application, sensory, commercial, and innovation teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and successful project outcomes
• You'll present flavor concepts and technical recommendations to customers, supporting business growth and long-term partnerships
• You'll leverage market insights, consumer trends, and technical expertise to create differentiated flavor solutions that address local market needs
• You'll mentor junior flavorists and contribute to capability building, knowledge sharing, and creation excellence across the organization
• You'll stay informed on ingredient innovations, flavor technologies, sustainability trends, and competitive developments to strengthen our market leadership

You bring

• 7-10 years of experience in flavor creation within the food, in savory applications
• Strong sensory evaluation capabilities and a deep understanding of flavor composition and functionality
• Demonstrated success developing commercially viable flavor solutions for customers
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders
• Knowledge of regional consumer preferences and market trends within Southeast Asia
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Flavor Science, or a related discipline is preferred
