Main Responsibilities
Manage the Company's cash flow (overall cash flow such as payments, money transfers, bank deposits, etc.).
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports also ensure the reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Analyze financial data to assist management in making strategic decisions, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial projections.
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing financial reports.
Documents financial transactions by entering and maintaining accurate account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting financial information and preparing the balance sheet, income statement, and other financial reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing accounting documents and supporting records.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending accounting policies and procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and providing support to resolve accounting-related inquiries.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting, analyzing, and resolving account information.
Manages the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial consolidation process across all business units and legal entities.
Oversees intercompany reconciliations by identifying and resolving discrepancies between parent and subsidiary balances.
Prepares and posts complex consolidation journal entries, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and non-controlling interest adjustments.
Produces consolidated financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and supporting schedules.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
- Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
- Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field.
- Experience working for a Big 4 public accounting firm is strongly preferred. Combination of public accounting and industry experience is preferable.
- Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team, motivate others and apply interpersonal skills when relating to subordinates, peers and managers.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities and implement action items.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
