Operation Lead hand for combustion cell.

Job Description

• Monitoring, observing line safety aspect & ensure safety implementation in daily line operation

• Lead wing to wing technical operation of gas turbine parts & bearing repair

• Having coordination with engineering and operation leaders

• Assist supervisor in leading team & administration recording in the line (Absence, operator output tracking, concern tracking, status monitoring & follow up, etc)

• Back up in the absence of critical operator to ensure line operate smoothly

• Control and monitoring flow and job status that rolled by SPV in the line

• Monitor and record the job execution process to adhere with Takt and Standard

• Identify gap & problem in the line and record to DMS system

• Catch problem, operator concern/request and escalate issue to supervisor for the problem in line.

• Raising and escalating concerns in line stoppage

• Solving problems related to both turbine repair technical and non-technical problem in the line related to job scope

• Monitoring & ensuring line operator standard work adherence

• Monitoring operator discipline & time integrity in working hours

• Participate in cell operation review & Other operation rhythm

• Reporting

• Basic Qualification:

• Min. D3 Engineering or Technical High School (SMK) with Mechanical/Aeronautics focus or equals

• 5 years of experience as Welding & Machining Operator or minimum 3 years’ experience working in turbine part & special bearings repair process

• Capable to differentiate gas turbine part/components and using appropriate materials for welding,

• Experienced in using Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) method and pneumatic-powered tools (hand grinder, air grinder, belt sander, etc.),

• Capable to follow working procedures and working instruction,

• Capable to read the engineering drawing,

• Capable to use measurement tools on under repair and finished components,

• Capable of writing a working report,

• Willing to stay in Bandung.
