Algorithm Developer – REM Change Detection Team

You will be joining the REM Change Detection team, which builds state-of-the-art, AI-powered systems to keep our maps constantly updated at scale. You will design and implement deep learning engines that process massive amounts of crowd-sourced data to identify road and infrastructure changes rapidly and with high fidelity. By combining cutting-edge deep learning techniques, Graph Neural Networks, and efficient inference, you will solve dynamic, real-world perception challenges that power data-driven products for autonomous driving and beyond.

What your job will look like:

• Own projects end-to-end—from concept, through research, prototyping, designing, training, and evaluating neural network architectures, to integration and scalable deployment.
• Process and analyze massive streams of crowd-sourced data to continuously improve model performance and resolve challenging edge cases in complex driving scenarios.
• Collaborate with algorithm developers, software engineers, product managers, and system teams across the organization.
• Work with large-scale datasets and real-world driving scenarios to improve model accuracy, robustness, and runtime efficiency.
• Bring your ideas into production-ready systems that have a direct, measurable impact on autonomous vehicle technologies used worldwide.

All you need is:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience developing deep learning solutions using Python and frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Solid foundation in Algorithms, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning fundamentals (Graph Neural Networks are an advantage).
• To be a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and works effectively across different groups.
• Strong analytical skills and a profound sense of ownership.

Nice to have:

• Experience leveraging AI agents and modern productivity tools in development workflows.
• Experience with cloud environments and big data tools.
