Head of Institutional Sales

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Formulation of Strategies, Business plans both short and Long Term. Achieving the Annual Business Plans, Market Share and Profitability. Sales order generation, execution and payment realization, end to end closure. Participation and winning the Tendering Business for Govt/PSUs/Defence. Managing the Central Govt Procurement portal- GeM / DGSand D. Identifying and developing key Govt applications in coordination with PMG to directly supply customized solutions. Tie up with Bodybuilders/Fabricators to develop applications and thereby increase reach and Sales participation vide them. Coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders, dealers. Team Management, mentoring and motivation

MBA; Bachelor of Engineering; MBA in Marketing

General Experience

Minimum 10+ years preferably in Govt/Defence Sales

Critical Experience

Good Product and Market Knowledge.Well versed with Govt systems like GeM / DGSandD/RFI/RFQ/RFP etc.Tendering Business knowledge including Defence/CPMFs Procurement.Good connect with various Govt Bodies.Should have a proven track record of closing deals within existing Govt/ PSU/ Defence accounts across India.Exposure to PAN India IS-Business.Team Handling
