职位描述

• Assist Product Managers in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
• Participate in system analysis to understand workflows, data dependencies, and integration points.
• Support in preparing functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes for IT systems.
• Coordinate with technical development teams and QA teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), track defects, and help with post-release validation.
• Assist in creating process documentation, training materials, and release notes.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to recommend improvements in existing systems or identify opportunities for new IT tools.
• Support internal communication and coordination for system rollouts or updates.

职位要求

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management.
• Strong interest in Product Management and Enterprise IT Systems.
• Good understanding of business processes in Sales, Service & Operations domains.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Figma.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data analytics will be an added advantage.
