SUPPLY CHAIN - INTERN

You will be part of the Vallenoncello Supply Chain Team and you will help the team ensuring the performance of global and local suppliers in line with requirements of the plants and the alignment with plant strategy and with central purchasing strategy

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Analysis of existing processes and activities relating to the flow of materials within the production plant
• Identification and development of logistics efficiencies
• Definition of KPIs for the evaluation and control of the analysed process
• Implementation of logistics solutions
• Identification of not-value added activities with application of Lean Manufacturing methods
• Practical activity in the implementation of material handling processes

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

• University Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Standard IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Access will be considered a plus
• Languages: fluent Italian, good English. Any other language will be considered advantageous.
• Are team worker willing to take on new challenges.
• Able to work independently as well as in team in a diverse intercultural environment
• Have strong communications skills
• Have strong analytical skills, open minded and creative
• Are able to contribute to the success of our company
