We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and customer-focused Adjudication Clerk

to join our Credit Risk Management Unit. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the Retail & Micro Adjudication function, assisting Micro and Retail Loan Adjudicators, coordinating meetings, communicating loan assignments and compiling and maintaining reports.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Administration & Reporting

  • Communicate loan assignments to Micro Loan Adjudicators within established timelines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Unit.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records relating to loan assignments and adjudication activities.
  • Follow up with Loan Officers on suspensions and requests from the Senior Adjudicator.
  • Prepare weekly reports on special conditions and incidents for the attention of the Senior Adjudicator and relevant stakeholders.

Meeting Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Schedule and coordinate monthly staff meetings in consultation with the Senior Adjudicator and CCRO.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and meeting requests in advance of scheduled meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes within established timelines.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Credit Risk Management Unit.
  • Ensure reports and other assigned deliverables are completed and submitted within agreed deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc in Business & Finance or Management; OR
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or another related field.
  • Knowledge or experience in a financial services environment would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of business management and development, risk management and customer/stakeholder relationship management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
