Bar Waiter/Waitress

Job Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
2. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephone using proper etiquette.
3. Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner.
4. Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations.
5. Always respond to guest request in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
6. Good knowledge of wine selection, wine service and beer service.
7. Ensuring that the bar and lounge stations are fully stocked, clean and tidy always.
8. Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Have sound knowledge of spirits, beers, wine, cocktails and coffee.
2. Should have excellent communication skills.
3. Flexibility to work longer hours as per business demand.
4. Be courteous, professional and provide efficient service.

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
2. Proven work experience in a similar role
