About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

职位描述

• 项目全生命周期管理：负责日韩澳区域跨境物流销售项目的LTC全流程管控，从商机录入、立项跟进、投标支持到合同签署、履约监控、回款闭环。
• Pipeline管理：维护区域销售Pipeline数据，定期输出项目进展报告，识别高风险项目并推动纠偏。
• 重点项目跟进：负责跟进国家核心增收、降本及提效项目类工作，如牵头大型客户投标、亏损业务改善等，并对项目结果负责。
• 合同履约跟踪：协同法务完成合同条款审核，建立合同履约台账，监控SLA达成情况，处理履约过程中的变更管理。
• 跨部门协同：拉通售前解决方案、运营交付、财务等团队，确保项目信息对称、资源到位、问题闭环。
• 回款管理：根据应收账款管理节点，跟进客户开票、对账、付款及最终核销等全流程，协同财务跟进应收账款，达成回款目标。
• 知识沉淀：沉淀项目经验和最佳实践，建立区域项目管理知识库和案例库。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，5-8年工作经验，其中至少3年跨境物流或供应链行业项目/销售管理、供应链解决方案、客户关系管理经验
• 有日韩澳本地工作经验或当地客户对接经验。
• 熟悉项目管理全流程，熟练使用CRM系统及项目管理工具。
• 优秀的数据分析能力
• 结果导向，强跨部门拉通与推动能力
