Job Title: Finance Archive Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the systematic indexing, archiving, and secure storage of all financial documents, including invoices, tax filings, ledgers, and audit reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations, data protection laws, and corporate document retention policies.
- Retrieve and organize requested financial records promptly to support internal audits, external regulatory reviews, and tax inspections.
- Coordinate the secure disposal and destruction of expired financial documents in accordance with legal and organizational schedules.
- Digitalize legacy paper files by scanning, categorizing, and uploading them into the company's electronic document management system (EDMS).
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Archival Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, record management, or finance administration.
- Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and standard office software, particularly MS Excel.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial record-keeping standards, compliance regulations, and data confidentiality practices.
- Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
