Job Description:

• Support the F&B Process Assurance team with a primary focus on the planning, coordination, and execution of F&B competitions and F&B training events.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for F&B competitions and training events, including venue sourcing and setup, equipment and materials preparation, participant coordination, scheduling, and transportation arrangements.
• Assist in the organization and delivery of internal and external F&B competitions, ensuring smooth execution and a high standard of professional presentation.
• Prepare and manage competition documentation, including recipes, menus, display tags, briefing materials, and related event collateral.
• Maintain accurate records of competition participation, training attendance, outcomes, and performance data to support reporting and talent development initiatives.
• Provide on-site coordination and operational support during competitions and training events, ensuring timelines, service standards, and overall experience are delivered as planned.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of F&B competitions and training events by supporting post-event evaluations, feedback consolidation, and reporting.
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects within the F&B department as required.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders
• The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
