Job Responsibilities:

• Research and identify emerging food and beverage trends across China and Asia
• Source innovative, premium, and unique food products for casino, hotel, and restaurant operations
• Build and develop strategic relationships with local and international suppliers
• Partner closely with Executive Chefs, F&B leadership, and Casino Marketing to drive menu innovation
• Introduce new products, ingredients, and dining concepts aligned with guest preferences
• Conduct market research through trade shows, industry events, social media, and consumer insights platforms
• Lead product evaluations, tasting sessions, and supplier presentations
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage supplier performance
• Identify exclusive, differentiated, and trend-leading products ahead of competitors
• Support special events, seasonal promotions, and new F&B concepts

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Hospitality, F&B, Culinary, Product Development, Category Management, or Procurement. Experience within Integrated Resorts, Luxury Hotels, High-End Restaurants, Premium Retail, or Food Brands preferred
• Strong understanding of Mainland China food and dining trends
• Established network within food suppliers, distributors, producers, or import channels is an advantage. With Culinary, Chef, or Food Product Development background highly preferred
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
