Order to Cash Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for managing key activities across the Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring accurate customer master data maintenance, efficient order processing, timely invoicing, and high-quality reporting. This role supports business operations by maintaining data integrity, driving compliance with governance standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer transactions and cash flow processes.

  • Create, maintain, and update customer master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.
  • Review and validate customer master data requests, ensuring completeness and adherence to established processes and policies.
  • Perform regular data quality audits and analyses to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and integrity issues.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and business operations by providing accurate and reliable master data.
  • Execute data governance controls, monitor compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve master data issues and drive continuous improvement.

If you have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Master Data Management, Shared Services, or a related business operations environment.
  • Strong knowledge of master data processes, data governance principles, and ERP systems, with experience using JD Edwards (JDE).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with the ability to develop reports, analyze data, and support business decision-making.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives, reporting, testing, training activities, audits, and automotive industry O2C processes.
