Role Purpose

As Digital IT Site Manager, you will lead the technology function for our Reynosa plant, ensuring reliable day to day IT operations while advancing the site’s digital transformation journey. You will work closely with plant leadership to align technology priorities with business goals, improve operational performance, and accelerate adoption of data, automation, and digital tools across the site. This is a high impact leadership role that blends operational support, team development, project execution, and long term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the site IT organization and ensure effective support for plant operations, users, and business-critical systems
  • Partner with plant leadership to define priorities, align technology initiatives with business needs, and support operational goals
  • Manage the site IT and digital project portfolio, including digitalization, analytics, automation, and Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives
  • Develop and coach the local IT team while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field
  • Solid experience in IT leadership roles within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and supporting plant operations
  • Experience managing IT projects or a portfolio of technology initiatives
  • Demonstrated success driving digitalization, automation, or process improvement efforts
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with plant leadership, internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
  • Fluent English and Spanish
