As an Oracle PMO - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive success.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities for growth, asking questions and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in optimizing their business applications. Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
• Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
• Utilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving
• Implementing technology solutions in enterprise environments
• Developing training materials for technology integration
• Managing systems project management with a focus on Oracle applications
• Excelling in business process modeling and standardization
