E/E High Voltage Battery Coordinator

What awaits you?

  • Conduct Technology, Material, and Process Analysis (TWA) investigations and perform analytical activities within the electrical high-voltage discipline.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite TWA analysis activities while ensuring alignment with quality, timing, and cost objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance to plant production areas and team members on high-voltage batteries, E/E systems, and related quality topics by delivering expertise, conducting analyses, issuing reports, and supporting measurement and testing activities.
  • Support the PMP (Problem Management Process) by providing technical expertise in materials and processes, leading containment actions, and evaluating the effectiveness of countermeasures.
  • Manage the end-to-end calibration and maintenance process for equipment under your responsibility, including planning, procurement, execution, and documentation in the calibration management system.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for pre-series and series-produced high-voltage batteries, including complex static and dynamic analysis and testing of electrical systems and overall High Voltage System.

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any related field.
  • Experience in the automotive or other manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in hybrid vehicles is a plus.
  • Problem-solving methods, experience in quality tools (process control, root cause analysis, etc.).
  • Good communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Advanced English level.
