Warehouse Supervisor / Senior Supervisor

This position is located at Jalan Tenaga, Bintawa Industrial Estate, 93450 Kuching, Sarawak. Please check the travel distance before confirming your application for the position.

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:45pm | Sat, 8:00am–3:15pm

Job Scope:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, covering receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Monitor stock levels, carry out regular stock checks, and resolve any discrepancies
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including task assignment and performance monitoring
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, well-organized workplace
• Carry out routine safety audits and ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Support the rollout and adoption of WMS, barcode scanning, and other warehouse technologies
• Keep accurate records and prepare operational reports for management
• Liaise with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure operations run smoothly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• FAMILIAR with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control software and barcode/RFID scanning technologies
• Proven track record in team management, productivity improvement, and upholding safety & quality standards
• Priority will be given to Malaysian citizens based in Kuching (or nearby areas) who have "K" shown on their NRIC
