The Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical, and leadership positions across assigned business units and regions. The role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with business objectives.

The position acts as a trusted advisor to the business, leveraging market intelligence, sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment technologies to support workforce growth and organizational success.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct intake meetings and provide consultation on recruitment approaches.
  • Manage job postings across internal and external channels.
  • Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate interview processes and candidate assessments.
  • Facilitate offer preparation and negotiation activities.
  • Support successful onboarding and transition of new hires.

Strategic Sourcing

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize direct sourcing techniques, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and talent communities.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis.
  • Develop candidate pipelines for niche engineering and technical positions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment market trends and talent availability.
  • Challenge hiring assumptions and provide recruitment best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout recruitment processes.
  • Ensure timely hiring manager feedback and decision-making.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Promote Exyte's employer value proposition.
  • Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Represent Exyte at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
  • Strengthen candidate engagement and talent community initiatives.

Recruitment Systems & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate candidate information within recruitment systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
  • Maintain candidate data privacy and GDPR compliance.
  • Utilize ATS, CRM, and recruitment technologies effectively.
  • Support continuous process improvements and system enhancements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor recruiting KPIs and hiring metrics.
  • Analyze recruitment funnel performance.
  • Track time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring manager responsiveness.
  • Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting activities.

Job Related Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, workforce planning, and stakeholder management within a complex, international organization, especially in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) market.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, talent attraction strategies, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with senior leaders and hire managers.
  • Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix organization while maintaining a strong focus on results, quality, and customer service.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
